Minimum Requirements for Security Officer Applicants
Hernandez Elite Guardians LLC is seeking qualified candidates through our security officer application process. Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
Valid Florida Class D Security License (armed or unarmed)
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Previous experience in security or related fields
Reliable transportation
Clean criminal background
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Availability for flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
Additional certifications such as CPR or First Aid are a plus
